Delivery Policy

Noctra is a digital product. No physical product is shipped.

After purchase, FastSpring handles order confirmation and digital delivery. Customers receive access to the download after successful payment.

The download may be available:
- On the order completion page
- Through the FastSpring order email
- Through FastSpring order support, depending on the order and delivery settings

If you do not receive your download or order email, please check your spam folder first.
