Refund Policy

Noctra is downloadable digital software. Because access to the product is provided digitally after purchase, all refund requests are handled case by case.

If you experience a technical issue on a supported system, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@nightfieldaudio.com.

Please include:
- Your order email
- Your FastSpring order ID
- Your operating system
- Your DAW
- Your Noctra version
- A clear description of the issue
- Screenshots, crash logs or a short screen recording if available

Noctra is currently available as a Windows VST3 plugin only. macOS, AU and AAX are not supported in this release. Refunds may be refused if the product was purchased for an unsupported system after this information was clearly shown before purchase.

If a technical issue on a supported system cannot be resolved, a refund request may be approved and processed through FastSpring.

This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply in your country or region.
